ELECTION OF 12 MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Article 7.12 of the IAB Constitution, I hereby declare the results of the election for 12 members of the Board of Directors of the Association. Sixteen (16) candidates were nominated and an online ballot was held. Voting closed on June 3 and the votes were counted on June 4, 2012.
