1. Credit Card Payment through Fax: Download the IAB membership application/renewal form, legibly and accurately fill in the required information, and fax it to the number indicated in the form. Please email bioethics-international@kssp.upd.edu.ph to check if we got the transmission.

2. Bank Wire Transfer: Download the IAB membership application/renewal form and legibly, accurately fill in the required information. Fax (or email) the accomplished form to the number indicated in the form. Email bioethics-international@kssp.upd.edu.ph to ask for the bank wire transfer details. Please note, however, that payment through bank wire transfer can be a cumbersome method and can take a week to a few months for the transaction to get cleared.
